Technical features
The two spindles pendulum heads is designed so that one operating unit, can carry out two separate machining operations on the same axis with maximum precision and speed. In this way, will be no longer necessary substitute the head and machining operation will be cheaper and faster.
Machining
The pendulum head can carry out the following machining:
- drilling also with shaped tools
- sport facing
- boring
- tapping
Operating
An oil feed hydraulic cylinder sets one spindle in the work phase and the other spindle in the rest phase. After rotation, two proximity microchips allow the spindle unit to start rotating. The spindle unit must always stop in the same angular position.
