Adjustable Milling Heads - spindle for ER Collet DIN 6499
Heads 900 series with 2 adjustable spindles are suitable to mill and to chamfer teeth gears.
- main body made of a heat-treated aluminium alloy
- gears kinematics made of alloy steel and run on roller bearings
- spindles for ER collets DIN 6499 rotate in opposite directions
(on request, the spindles can rotate in the same direction)
- spindles are locked in by an efficient “tie” system
- a scale engraved on the front of the head housing make it easy to adjust the distance between the axis
- solid construction, reduced overall dimension and reliability
- grease lubrication
