We can guarantee the spare parts for our products without time restrictions. In order to ensure correct and speedy handling, your enquiry should include the following:
- product code
- product serial number (see the label on the product)
- spare-part code (see the spare-part list delivered with the product)
Delivery terms
- Goods are delivered EX WORKS (incoterms CCI 2000)
- Goods travel at the Customer’s risk and responsibility.
- Packaging suitable for the type of shipment included
Choice of courier:
In order to be able to organise the shipment of your order, please select one of the two options below:
- shipment by your appointed courier, carriage forward
- shipment by our TNT courier carriage free with relevant charges added to the invoice
